WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • A finance professional with 5+ years of experience in an international environment or auditing firm, with strong expertise in R2R/GL processes
  • A driven individual with a university degree in Finance or Accounting (Bachelor’s or higher)
  • A collaborative leader with experience managing external partners and thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
  • A professional well-versed in US GAAP
  • Someone with strong analytical skills and a genuine passion for finance
  • A fluent English speaker who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
  • A candidate with hands-on experience in SAP and familiarity with CFIN reconciliation and analysis
  • Experience supporting CFIN projects, including participation in testing
  • Accounting certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or CPA are a strong advantage

 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of statutory and US GAAP financial statements for diverse entities across the EU and EMEA regions
  • Deliver high-quality financial reporting and submit US GAAP-based statements for group consolidation
  • Uphold strong internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
  • Continuously challenge the status quo and contribute to process improvements
  • Gain deep insights into the operations of a global corporation and explore international development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external BPO partners
  • Participate in global initiatives and process changes (e.g., Chart of Accounts updates, data transformation, RRP process enhancements)
