WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering
• Solid procurement experience, with a strong background in indirect procurement; minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and sourcing roles
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor, coach, and guide team members; previous people management experience is an asset, but not mandatory
• Continuous improvement mindset combined with sound procurement expertise and best‑practice knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and support decision‑making
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous business environments, demonstrating a strategic mindset and the capacity to balance procurement objectives with market and business needs
• Ability to build and manage solid relationships with stakeholders
• Customer‑centric approach accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Agility and ability to quickly adjust to a changing environment; strong priority‑setting and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent English (C1–C2)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Lead and develop a Sourcing team through coaching, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and individual development planning, ensuring timely delivery and strong capability build-up
• Oversee sourcing delivery across assigned markets/clusters, ensuring value for money, consistent service quality, and effective execution of high‑exposure sourcing activities involving senior stakeholders
• Manage workload, capacity, and business continuity by prioritizing and redistributing work, applying backup concepts, and preparing contingency plans for critical roles
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder partnerships (e.g. PAMs, cluster representatives), ensuring alignment on priorities, effective customer support, and smooth operational governance
• Act as the escalation and risk‑management point for delivery, capacity, or prioritization issues, proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks
• Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and compliance by improving sourcing processes, supporting cross‑market cooperation, contributing to procurement initiatives, and ensuring full adherence to PMI policies, ethics, and HSE requirements
