About the role:

We are seeking a Sr Manager Tech Product Delivery - Content Foundation to lead the delivery, evolution, and operational excellence of PMI's Content Foundation capabilities. This role ensures successful execution of the Content Supply Chain roadmap across content planning, asset management, workflow orchestration, rights management, and supporting operational services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver the Content Foundation roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, milestones, releases, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate delivery across product teams, business functions, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Establish delivery governance, performance tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Align business priorities and delivery execution across global and regional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive change management, operational readiness, adoption, and value realization of Content Foundation capabilities.

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• Extensive experience in Product Delivery, Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technology Leadership within complex digital environments.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams, vendors, products, and stakeholders.
• Strong experience in roadmap execution, planning, risk and dependency management, budgets, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, and driving business value within global organizations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Content Supply Chain, Digital Asset Management, Content/Marketing Operations, or Creative Workflow environments.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Workfront, Frame.io, Fadel, or comparable solutions.
• Understanding of content production, localization, approval workflows, asset governance, and vendor management.
• Exposure to AI-enabled content operations, automation, platform modernization, and/or regulated environments.
