Impact You'll Own

Deliver high-quality Qualtrics solutions that generate actionable insights.

Drive consistency and quality across survey data and processes.

Support successful deployment and adoption of customer experience solutions.

What You'll Do

Design, build, test, and deploy surveys in Qualtrics.

Configure survey logic, workflows, distributions, and reporting requirements.

Perform quality assurance testing and resolve survey issues.

Customize surveys using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Support integrations and ensure data quality across systems.

Partner with stakeholders throughout project delivery and implementation.

Skills & Capabilities

4+ years of experience in survey deployment, customer experience, research operations, or analytics-related roles.

Hands-on experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.

Experience configuring survey logic, testing, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Fluent English communication skills.

In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 14,100 gross per month.
