Position Title:  Specification Maintenance Specialist

What You'll Do

• Carry out all tasks in compliance with PMI Principles & Practices, internal standards, legal regulations, and EHS requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy during manufacturing specification maintenance and support root cause identification to prevent data issues.
• Implement defined actions and escalate specification-related issues when needed.
• Participate in projects related to specification maintenance.
• Support process standardization and optimization within the assigned scope.
• Execute manufacturing specification activities, maintain master data, follow standard processes, and ensure product alignment.
• Maintain documents and procedures related to specification management.
• Perform system tests and provide data required for testing activities.
• Train new team members.
• Implement specification changes related to project rollouts.
• Coordinate rollout-related specification changes with factories.
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure specification accuracy for selected plants.
• Coordinate local product specification maintenance performed by external service providers and ensure compliance with procedures and agreements.

Skills & Capabilities

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Administration, Materials Science, or Management.
• Experience in operations or project coordination is an asset.
• Fluent English.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on improvements and solutions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work is welcome.
• Strong communication skills with people from different cultures and seniority levels.
• Analytical mindset.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Power BI knowledge is a strong asset.
• Basic knowledge of product specifications, quality standards, data analysis tools, and issue investigation methods.
