Position Title:  Solution Manager IT OTC

We are looking for an IT Solution Manager responsible for global rollouts of a rapidly expanding SAP S/4 Retail & CAR-based Commercial Backoffice solution for PMI.

You will ensure high quality deployments of the product covering finance, order management and in-market logistics capabilities to new markets and sales channels and manage the development of additional product capabilities to address new requirements for commercial operations and fiscal compliance.

You will oversee activities of several deployment partner teams and will be accountable for assessment, scoping, implementation timeline, quality and cost as well as continuous improvement of deployment methods

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Bachelor’s degree, preference from Information Technology or related major.

• 5 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management role, at least 3 years in a large scale/complex setup.

• Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe, etc.) and a practical experience applying them in a standalone or hybrid arrangement.

• Excellent communication, process organization and interpersonal skills, showcasing ability to lead virtual teams, communicate with multiple stakeholders and senior management.

• Fluent in English both written and verbal to interact with an international/global team daily.

• Good knowledge of FMCG business specifics (B2B2C, from sales to fulfillment, invoicing to financial and tax reporting) would be an advantage.

• Practical experience deploying SAP ERP products and understanding of related development toolkit and methodologies (ALM, ECC / S4HANA, CAR, BTP, CI, RISE, Activate) would be an advantage.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

• Collaborate with stakeholders in central and market teams – business deployment managers, IT implementation managers for commercial front-end solutions (i.e. eCommerce, Retail, Field force and other sales channels) to deploy the commercial backoffice product ensuring positive customer experience.

• Collaborate with a global Product Team consisting of Solution Architects, business and IT Subject Matter Experts to evaluate and design the missing functionality required for commercial operations in the new markets.

• Manage overall deployment scope, timeline, resource capacity, dependencies and priorities between multiple parties.

• Define and track KPIs covering main aspects of delivery, communicate progress, risks and issues.

• Orchestrate a smooth transition of the newly-onboarded markets from hyper-care to regular support mode.

• Improve deployment toolkit and delivery practices to enable faster deployment speed, better quality and customer experience.

• Ensure adherence to PMI IT Policy Framework (ITPF) on security & Data Privacy standards to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data.
