WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • A candidate with Master's or Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain (demand planning, logistics, production planning) in a global/multinational FMCG companies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain / production planning (site integrated planning)
  • Experience in structured way of working, ideally with defined planning process cycle
  • Track record as team player connecting well with peers and other key stakeholders outside of team
  • A candidate fluent in written & spoken English
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions
  • Ability to quickly process and understand complexity & ambiguity and define right solutions to tough problems.
  • Proven capability to drive results in a fast-paced work environment

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • Prepare rolling, integrated and synchronized production scheduling for manufacturing processes in line with the defined planning cycle to meet the semi and finished goods volume forecasts.
  • Ensure the delivery of the Best Executional Plan for the respective production site for the production planning’ processes balancing cash, cost & service targets for the company.
  • Ensure and control the execution of the production schedule and ensure corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Adhere to stock policies while keeping human and machine resources at the lowest cost, and within operational constraints.
  • Manage exception situations (last moment machine breakdown, material arrival delays/quality hold, high criticality urgent production requests) using best judgement & alignment with the related stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on business.
  • Lead and participate in the assigned Supply Chain or Cross functional projects targeting to deliver productivity and/or efficiency in the processes.
  • Seek & identify continuous improvement opportunities in planning processes and raise proposals for the process enhancements.
  • Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders: supply planning, capacity planning, manufacturing, material requirements planning, transportation & warehouse.
