WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

  

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
  • Min 5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Services
  • Min 2 years of previous experience in leading the team (ideally global one)
  • Exposure to transformation projects (ideally involving centralization) would be a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR operational processes
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities, and manage competing demands
  • Confidence in handling escalations and stakeholder interactions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English is a must (min C1 level)
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Salesforce would be a plus

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?  

  

  • Support the execution and administration of HR processes including position management, mass reorganizations, employment queries, personnel records maintenance, payroll data verification, and rewards programs in alignment with established policies and labor law requirements
  • Supervise and guide a team in implementing operational plans that address business challenges and drive efficient HR solutions
  • Resolve HR operational challenges by gathering information, analyzing data, and collaborating with other HR teams to implement process improvements
  • Address issues related to payroll data reconciliation and personnel record discrepancies while ensuring compliance across multiple HR processes
  • Manage and resolve escalations from Business Partners and key stakeholders in an effective and timely manner (with ownership, clear communication, and alignment to agreed processes), and support and guide the team in appropriately escalating issues and driving resolution
  • Support compliance with internal controls, data privacy, and legal requirements (escalate risks, audit findings, or control issues as appropriate)
  • Actively support implementation of a new central service line within HR operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of employee and candidate experience 
  • Support change management by clearly communicating updates, expectations, and priorities to the team
