Change Specialist is responsible for co-design, allocation of execution plans and adoption of business change interventions in order to support teams to understand the people impacts and to reduce resistance to change impacted by the Project.
They ensure good and effective collaboration with other members of the Project/Initiatives team and other relevant stakeholders.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
- 3+ years hands-on change management experience leading small-to-medium scale change adoption within projects and programs / project portfolio management (PMO)
- Minimum “I know” expertise in change management methodologies (certification / industry qualifications i.e. PROSCI/ADKAR )
- Consumer-centric approach and mindset
- Adapts and responds well to change
- Works to deadlines while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities
- A self-starter who is comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced and work needs to be prioritized; independent and proactive
- Problem solver who can think outside the box and weave strategic thinking into solutions as well as familiarity with agile methodology
- Leadership skills, flexibility / adaptability and capability to initiate and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders on different seniority levels; including the ability to engage, listen, challenge and influence across various management levels within PMI
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including story-telling and change management
- Project management skills
- Fluent English language (including business English)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Change Management
- Activate the extended leadership teams around the change and the culture agenda
- Driving change leadership in communities (including build capabilities)
- Identifying and promoting the emerging faces of projects vision, highlighting the capabilities and the mindsets we want to cultivate (junior role models)
- Provide input into the development of change management directive, develop, and communicate underlying procedures and monitor their implementation in the context of GBS transformation
- Develop and deploy quarterly rolling change management plans to foster change management culture, promote awareness and implement activities
- Assess the effectiveness of change management by reporting on results and KPIs and lead the necessary changes to continuously develop and improve the quality and impact
- Supports impacted parties in execution of a change management plan to ensure a smooth change
Stakeholders Management
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure information is timely published to the target audience through different communication mediums
- Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to review requests, assess scope, manage channels and content
- Track record in community building skills and excellent interpersonal skills, ease in building rapport
- Gather all ‘as is’ information and design the ‘to be’ opportunity and way of working
- Perform change management data analysis and solutioning, based on project requirements
- Work with process owners, IT, customer organization, and external 3rd parties to assure the best-in-class solutions, fully in line with PMI guidelines, controls framework, and PBO (Project Based Organization) processes
