WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Technical Expertise: High-level understanding of Logistics (Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain) processes and major IT platforms.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP implementation, with at least 5 years focused on Sales, Procurement or SCM.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Ability to stay current with the latest technology trends(focus on AI), and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the area of impact.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing individual members.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Lead and develop a team of consultants & engineers (Logistics – Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain Management), driving upskilling, coaching, career growth, and building a strong delivery culture (knowledge sharing, mentoring, communities of practice).
  • Own delivery governance for SFS&GBS Logistics portfolio (ECC, S/4HANA ~75%): plan and track outcomes, manage demand vs. capacity, ensure fair resource allocation across projects, and remove delivery blockers (risks/dependencies).
  • Provide high-level solution oversight for end-to-end Logistics processes and key integration points (e.g., MM/SD/WM/EWM/TM touchpoints), ensuring consistent process design, fit-to-standard mindset, and alignment to enterprise architecture (no deep SME configuration required).
  • Orchestrate cross-platform delivery and integration across the remaining landscape (~25%: (e)WMS, o9, Coupa, E2Open)—ensuring clear ownership, data/process handoffs, interface governance, and operational readiness across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Establish continuous learning and capability growth (internal/external trainings, certifications, rotation plans), define a skills matrix, and measure progress through improved delivery quality, resiliency (reduced single points of failure), and predictable outcomes.
