WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Solid procurement experience in sourcing activities, supplier management, and contract negotiation (preferably in Factory CAPEX categories).
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Procurement fields of study.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Experience working in a multinational/global team.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
• Excellent command of English.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z o.o. (PMI SCE) is seeking talented individuals to join our team in the Procurement Department in Kraków, Poland. As a Senior Procurement Sourcing Executive responsible for Factory CAPEX categories, you will perform bidding processes in the areas of construction, utilities, automation, intra-logistics, or waste management, working closely with business stakeholders, global factories, and category managers.

The Footprint category was created to centralize and streamline procurement activities related to:

• Construction (including new builds, refurbishments, and infrastructure)
• Utilities Equipment (e.g., boilers, HVAC systems)
• Intralogistics Automation (e.g., conveyors, AGVs)
• Engineering Services (Design and Construction Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Execute sourcing activities through effective stakeholder management, conducting biddings and negotiations, participating in supplier selection, and high complexity contracting in collaboration with the PMI Legal department.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control procurement costs, seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement of construction materials and services.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, scientists, and other stakeholders to understand project needs and timelines.
• Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and market trends.
