WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • A university degree
  • 4–6 years of HR experience (experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, or process management is a plus)
  • An understanding of end‑to‑end mobility processes is appreciated but not required if you bring strong learning agility
  • A genuine interest in process ownership, continuous improvement, and working within global frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global, cross‑functional teams
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

As a Senior Process Lead – Global Mobility, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant mobility processes for employees relocating or working across borders. You will act as a process expert, drive operational excellence, and support stakeholders with guidance across a wide range of mobility scenarios.

 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a process owner for designated Global Mobility processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies
  • Analyze mobility data, identify trends, and prepare insights to support decision‑making and governance
  • Contribute to global projects and transformation initiatives within the Global Mobility and P&ED functions 
  • Maintain and update mobility documentation, guidelines, and process materials
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing enhancements
  • Support the employee experience across all mobility touchpoints, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate service quality
  • Collaborate closely with Global Mobility, People Lifecycle Experience, Payroll, Market P&ED, P&C BPs, and other Process Management teams to increase Global Mobility knowledge and ensure seamless process execution
