WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead Workplace Experience (WX) operations across locations, ensuring excellent facilities, services, compliance, and employee experience
• Manage facility providers, landlords, and vendors to drive performance and service quality
• Deliver office construction, refurbishment, and workplace transformation projects on time and within budget
• Implement workplace and space strategies aligned with business, safety, and hybrid work needs
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver workplace solutions and strengthen employee engagement
• Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, driving cost efficiency and optimization
• Lead workplace risk, business continuity, and crisis management activities
• Improve service quality through performance management, customer insights, digital tools, AI, and continuous improvement

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years’ experience in workplace, facilities, or integrated facilities management
• Strong background in service delivery, performance management, and continuous improvement
• People leadership experience, including stakeholder and vendor management
• Knowledge of facilities operations, workplace services, compliance, and building management
• Experience in risk management, business continuity, and crisis response
• Expertise in workplace strategy, space management, and senior stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including budgeting and cost optimization
