Position Title:  Senior Manager Tech Product Group Delivery Management Direct (e-Commerce)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the digital commerce roadmap, partnering with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders to ensure execution of strategic initiatives and customer-facing capabilities
• Coordinate delivery across multiple product teams, platform teams, and external vendors, managing dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, release activities, and escalation paths to drive successful outcomes
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, planning, reporting, and budget management processes, quarterly planning, release planning, forecasting, stakeholder communications, and executive visibility on progress, priorities, investments, and commitments
• Drive operational excellence across the e-commerce ecosystem by developing a holistic understanding of consumer journeys, platforms, integrations, and operational processes
• Monitor and improve delivery performance, predictability, quality, and flow, analyzing delivery processes and team interactions to identify bottlenecks, optimize execution, and accelerate customer value delivery
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, supporting Agile and Product Operating Model practices, resource and capacity planning, vendor management, delivery forecasting, and the removal of organizational impediments

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• University degree, ideally in related field
• Min 5 years of previous experience gained in one of the areas: e-Commerce, Project/Program Management, Delivery Management or Agile Leadership  
• Strong understanding of digital commerce and consumer platforms, including web, mobile, identity, customer journeys, commerce capabilities, and supporting integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills 
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for large product portfolios

• IT skills: Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Hybris CMS (or other Content Management Systems), good understanding of IT infrastructure and application delivery environments
• Previous people management experience is a plus
