In this role you will be responsible for leading the Solution Architecture function for End User Services, shaping and continuously evolving architectural direction across PMI’s Digital Workplace & Collaboration portfolio. You will be also in charge of managing a team of Solution Architects and establishing them as trusted partners to product and engineering teams. Additional responsibilities include ensuring coherent, scalable, secure, and continuously evolving architecture across devices, collaboration, workplace technologies, automation, and employee experience; translating strategy into action and driving measurable improvements in productivity and experience globally.

 

The role operates across the Digital Workplace & Collaboration landscape, covering a broad set of capabilities and solutions while focusing on their integration into the wider domain and enterprise technology environment.

  • Automation and enterprise AI: workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, digital employee experience, generative AI services, agents, orchestration, knowledge grounding, data integration, evaluation, observability, responsible AI controls, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
  • Endpoint, device, and client platforms: enterprise endpoint management, compliance, application deployment, patching, endpoint analytics, endpoint security integration, device lifecycle automation, and supportability across corporate, mobile, shared, and specialized workplace devices.
  • Collaboration, communication, and productivity: workplace collaboration, messaging, content services, knowledge management, information architecture, collaboration governance, employee experience channels, and productivity enablement across major platform ecosystems.
  • Hybrid workplace and site technologies: meeting rooms, conference rooms, audio/video standards, hybrid meeting experience, printing, peripherals, office connectivity dependencies, workplace infrastructure integration, lifecycle management, service monitoring, and vendor integration.
  • Service integration and experience: IT asset lifecycle, configuration and ownership data, service management integration, self-service, knowledge, support handover, observability, reporting, and operational readiness across global and local support models.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Min 5 years of experience in leading solution architecture across digital workplace, collaboration, endpoint, workplace infrastructure, automation, enterprise AI, service integration, and IT service management domains
  • Min 2 years of proven people leadership experience managing distributed, multi-disciplinary technical teams, building architecture capability, and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services, including Microsoft Power Platform, is required as DW&C solutions heavily rely on the M365 ecosystem for collaboration, automation, productivity, integration, and employee experience enablement
  • Strong track record defining architecture standards, roadmaps, reusable patterns, integration approaches, vendor-neutral technology evaluations, risk decisions, and operating model implications
  • Solid understanding of secure-by-design, privacy-by-design, compliance-by-design, Responsible AI, data protection, identity, endpoint security, observability, lifecycle management, and service support requirements
  • Broad technical architecture depth across endpoint management, collaboration platforms, workplace technologies, connectivity dependencies, automation, AI, employee experience, and service management integration
  • Ability to simplify complex technology landscapes into clear architecture principles, decision records, roadmaps, standards, and delivery guardrails
  • Strong leadership, coaching, prioritization, executive communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and change leadership skills
  • Pragmatic mindset with the ability to balance global standards, local requirements, user experience, security, cost, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability

*In case of being hired in Poland, in this position you will earn no less than PLN 27 300 gross per month


 HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture direction across the DW&C portfolio, ensuring designs are secure, scalable, integrated, cost-aware, resilient, and operationally supportable, while enabling delivery teams to move efficiently within clear guidance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of solution architects; set priorities, clarify decision rights, build capability, and foster a high-performing architecture practice.
  • Define and continuously evolve reference architectures, standards, reusable patterns, roadmaps, and integration guardrails across endpoint, collaboration, workplace technologies, automation, service integration, and enterprise AI.
  • Drive responsible adoption of enterprise AI and automation, including agents, generative AI services, orchestration, knowledge grounding, data integration, evaluation, governance, lifecycle operations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Run architecture governance through design reviews, risk assessments, quality controls, technology lifecycle decisions, and secure-by-design, privacy-by-design, compliance-by-design, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Partner with product, engineering, security, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, workplace, procurement, finance, and vendor teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, investment decisions, and delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure architecture decisions are clearly documented, communicated, and adopted across delivery teams, with pragmatic trade-offs between speed, standardization, user experience, security, and operational complexity.
