We are looking for a Senior Manager - P&C Data to own and evolve the People & Culture (P&C) data domain as part of our AI & Data organisation. This role sits at the heart of our transformation from traditional HR data landscapes to a unified, AI‑ready data foundation - enabling better decisions, insights, and employee experiences.
As a Senior Manager - P&C Data you will act as the end-to-end owner of the P&C data domain, translating complex data structures into clear, actionable narratives for business stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with our broader AI strategy and data platform evolution.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree (ideally in related field)
- Min 8+ years of previous experience, including min 2-5 years of experience in the domain gained in a global company
- Previous experience as a people manager would be a strong plus
- Strong experience in HR / P&C data, analytics, or digital HR transformation
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - ability to simplify complexity
- Very good stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others
- Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and platforms (without needing to be deeply technical)
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (HR + IT + Data teams)
- Exposure to AI / data-driven product thinking is a strong plus

- In case of being hired in Poland in this position you will earn no less than PLN 35 000 gross per month
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Own and continuously evolve the P&C data domain, including data strategy, data products, and governance, ensuring alignment across systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Payroll) and unified data availability
- Act as a bridge between data and business by translating complex data models into clear, business-friendly insights and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders
- Enable AI and advanced analytics by partnering with AI, Automation, and Analytics teams to structure data for AI use cases and contributing to the P&C Data Corpus and enterprise data platform (DPaaS)
- Lead data governance and quality by defining data ownership, standards, and access models, while ensuring compliance with privacy, anonymization, and access control requirements
- Drive stakeholder and ecosystem collaboration by working closely with GPOs, IT, DI&A, and external partners as the central point of contact for P&C data topics
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance by maintaining robust data practices, monitoring data quality, and supporting governance processes across the P&C data landscape
