Position Title:  Senior Manager Order to Cash Deployment Program

What you'll do 

Lead the Order to Cach (O2C) Deployment Program across markets, deployment streams and initiatives, ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into a scalable, consistent and sustainable deployment model.

You will be accountable for program-level delivery, deployment governance, cross-functional alignment, risk and dependency management, and capability building across deployment teams.

Ensure that deployment activities are delivered on time and executed in a way that supports the wider strategy, target operating model, standard product templates and long-term business outcomes.

Act a strategic partner to the O2C Product organization, ensuring that product vision, global process standards, and digital capabilities are translated into successful market deployments.

Establish a continuous feedback loop between deployments and product teams, influencing roadmap priorities, solution design, standardization decisions, and long-term O2C transformation objectives.

Skills & Capabilities 

University degree, 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably O2C, including 6+ years in people management

Change and Project Management certification or training. Experience leading cross-functional transformation and program governance

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six Sigma certification is an asset

Experience implementing AI strategy, governance and scalable AI-enabled solutions

Data-Driven Decision Making

Executive stakeholder engagement

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Risk management and governance experience
