About the team and role: the IT Consumer Integration Product Group owns and evolves enterprise integration capabilities, providing integration platform services and APIs to internal stakeholders across multiple value streams, Product Groups, markets, and regions within IT Consumer & Commercial. Our portfolio includes the Integration Platform, powered by MuleSoft and Solace, as well as CBX, a strategic API portfolio developed in-house using an AWS-native technology stack. In this role, you will operate in a dynamic and diverse environment, taking senior-level accountability for the end-to-end delivery of API capabilities across multiple commercial channels, including web, face-to-face, indirect retail, marketplaces, and other consumer engagement touchpoints. You will be expected to combine strong delivery leadership with product, engineering, and service management discipline. Our technical leads and dedicated Product Group Architect will support you in deepening your understanding of product development practices and strengthening your expertise in the engineering domain.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A higher educational diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, with accountability for initiation, planning, execution, governance, financial oversight, and successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes
•  
• Practical AWS knowledge, supported by a proven track record of delivering technology solutions that leverage AWS services and cloud-native delivery practices
• Exposure to Middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, Kafka, Dell Boomi or Solace is a plus
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to partner effectively with Engineering teams, Architects, Product stakeholders, and Business representatives
• Advanced skills in dependency management, risk mitigation, prioritization, and cross-team coordination, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
• Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly to both engineering and non-engineering audiences, influence decision-making, and manage senior stakeholder expectations
• Ability to anticipate risks and dependencies several steps ahead, proactively remove roadblocks, manage ambiguity, and maintain delivery focus in a fast-paced environment
• Strong service management expertise, including incident management, problem management, operational readiness, service performance tracking, and continuous improvement of support models
• Solid business acumen in commerce and commercial areas, with the ability to connect technology delivery to measurable business value and customer outcomes

If you will be hired in Poland, in this position you will earn no less than PLN 27 300 gross per month.
 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Act as a senior business partner for US business unit stakeholders and cross-functional stakeholders outside the Product Group, translating business priorities into clear technology outcomes and delivery roadmaps
• Lead and govern projects, features, and service capabilities from demand intake through delivery and adoption, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in line with strategic priorities
• Partner with security, compliance, and risk teams to drive self-assessments, penetration testing, audits, risk remediation planning, and closure of security and compliance actions
• Operate as a Release Train Engineer within the SAFe framework for the Integration Product Group, enabling planning discipline, delivery transparency, dependency management, and continuous improvement across teams
• Act as Service Manager for assigned products, establishing operational support models, defining service ownership, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring reliable, sustainable service operations
• Define, implement, and continuously improve key business and engineering metrics related to performance, quality, availability, resilience, and delivery effectiveness
• Champion the adoption of AI in day-to-day team operations, identifying practical use cases, driving measurable productivity improvements, and tracking impact on delivery and service performance
