WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Define and drive the P&C AI strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities to deliver measurable business value
• Build, manage, and scale a portfolio of AI products, agents, and automation solutions across the P&C function
• Evaluate, prioritize, and translate business opportunities into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans
• Own AI demand intake, product backlogs, and portfolio performance metrics, ensuring value realization and adoption
• Collaborate with stakeholders across P&C, IT, Data, Security, and Digital teams to successfully deliver AI-powered solutions
• Ensure all AI products and initiatives align with governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of AI professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational change, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of AI capabilities globally

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• University degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Leadership, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, or related areas
• Proven success in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for complex digital products, platforms, or technology portfolios
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations
• Experience translating business opportunities and customer needs into scalable, value-driven technology solutions
• Solid understanding of modern product management practices and Agile delivery, balancing strategic vision with execution
• Experience driving AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Automation, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build business cases and deliver measurable business outcomes

*In case of being hired in Poland in this position you will earn no less than PLN 35 100 gross per month
