Your ‘Day to Day’

The Tech Lead will be responsible for the technical oversight and successful enablement of AI and automation capabilities across the IT Transformation program. This includes ensuring readiness and integration of key tooling, guiding solution design with architects, and collaborating with vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent automation solutions

· Lead the technical implementation of AI and automation capabilities as defined in the Transformation Plan

· Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to align tooling with architectural standards and transformation goals.

· Oversee the integration and operationalization of tools such as NewRelic, ServiceNow Pro Plus, IBM Instana, AWS Bedrock

· Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of self-healing, observability, and automation capabilities.

· Act as the primary technical liaison with vendors and internal platform teams to ensure timely provisioning and configuration of required assets.

· Monitor tooling readiness and escalate delays or risks through governance channels.

· Support iterative planning cycles by assessing new technical requirements and proposing scalable solutions.

Who we’re looking for

· 10+ years of experience in IT, with leadership experience as a benefit

· Proven experience with AWS services, including AI/ML tools and infrastructure (e.g., Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker)

· Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and agile delivery models

· Proven track record of managing [technical deliverables] /collaborating with big-account vendors across multiple regions and technical teams

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Understanding of AI, including large language models, usage, and threats

· In-depth knowledge of service delivery, governance frameworks, and service management best practices

· Strong background in enterprise tooling (e.g., ServiceNow, NewRelic, Instana)

· Familiarity with InfoSec, IAM, and compliance framework
