We are looking for a Senior Lead Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement to provide dedicated support to our Digital Marketing organization.
In this role, you will drive process simplification, improve operational transparency, and deliver data‑driven insights that help Digital Marketing scale efficiently and consistently.

You will join a passionate team focused on enabling operational excellence across PMI, working in a collaborative, global environment where continuous improvement is part of how we work every day.

 

WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

 

  • 4+ years of experience in CI, Process Excellence, Business Analysis, or global Service/OPEX environments
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills (Visio, Miro, Signavio or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, or related CI tools; Green Belt is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Solid project and process management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong communication abilities, including data‑driven storytelling and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working in cross‑functional, international teams
  • A continuous improvement mindset and readiness to challenge the status quo constructively
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s and/or Change Management/CI certifications (e.g., PROSCI) are an advantage
  • Working proficiency in English - is a must

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • Act as the primary CI partner for the Digital Marketing team, supporting their operational workflows end‑to‑end
  • Drive process improvement and simplification initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies
  • Maintain and continuously update process maps, documentation, and workflow standards, ensuring strong governance and version control
  • Conduct data‑driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • Support delivery of CI services under the As‑a‑Service model, ensuring high‑quality, reliable, and structured process support
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on needs, priorities, and execution
  • Contribute to CI capability building through knowledge sharing, training, and adoption of best practices
  • Prepare clear reporting on progress, performance trends, and value delivered
