Driving Excellence in IT Process

As an Senior IT Process Architect, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and overall Process Architecture and ensure that all changes to processes are integrated and optimized for efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with PMI’s goals. This role involves close collaboration with Process Owners and Process Managers to ensure that all processes are fit for purpose, continually improved, and seamlessly coordinated with other processes across the IT landscape. You will be required to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to align business objectives and optimize overall process performance.

Your day-to-day 

• Develop and maintain the overall Process Architecture, ensuring that processes are well-documented, consistent, and adaptable to evolving business needs
• Coordinate all changes to ITIL-based processes, ensuring that these changes are aligned with other processes and systems within IT
• Ensure that all IT service management processes work in harmony, avoiding silos and enabling integrated service delivery across PMI
• Lead efforts to standardize processes where appropriate, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and consistency across multiple teams or platforms
• Act as a key liaison with Process Owners and Process Managers to support them in designing, sponsoring, and improving their processes
• Collaborate to ensure that processes are measured, monitored, and continually improved based on performance data and user feedback
• Provide guidance and support to the Process Owners and service management teams, assisting in the design and continual improvement of ITIL processes
• Support Process Managers by identifying opportunities for improvement in tools, and workflows
• Contribute to the measurement of process performance and recommend enhancements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
• Help establish process metrics and KPIs to track and improve process performance over time
• Define and enforce process governance policies to ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and ITPF standards
• Work with other IT stakeholders to ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements and align with PMI goals

What is needed to succeed in this Role? 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. ITIL certification required
• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management / ITIL process design, optimization and governance
• Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and process automation
• In-depth understanding of ITIL practices, including Continual Service Improvement (CSI), Process Architecture
• Excellent communication skills and strong track record of managing, engaging and collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with process integration across multiple platforms or service environments
• Expertise in developing and enforcing standardized processes across the organization
