WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • A professional with 3-5 year experience in Finance Controlling or relevant experience in budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis
  • A person with skill of perspective thinking and ability to narrow enormous number of details into readable management view (advanced in using MS Excel with strong analytical skills)
  • An experienced contributor with advanced business partnering and understanding
  • An individual able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow deadlines
  • A fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
  • A university graduate with degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics in Finance or equivalent

 

Additional desired skills and experience:

  • Influencing skills and ability to build trust, collaborate, and engage with various stakeholders
  • Experience in cross-functional projects, scope migration, implementation of new system solutions
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, business process revision and enhancement

  • In this position you will earn no less than PLN 14 144 gross per month

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • Be a part of PMI inventory and supply chain controlling team, diverse in terms of people and activities, which offers numerous professional development possibilities
  • Become a part of a larger team through collaboration with local and international stakeholders
  • Prepare budgets / rolling forecasts for inventory and analyze variances to actual results by keeping track of latest business developments
  • Coordinate and actively participate in month and year-end closing tasks for respective PMI affiliates
  • Prepare a set of reports (financial, managerial, KPIs)
  • Ensure full conformity of financial statements with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business, managerial decisions
