WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A problem solver with a University Degree in Economics or Finance
• A person with 3 years’ of proven experience in Finance department in an international company (Accounting and/or Controlling)

• Experience in the budgeting/forecasting processes

• A proficient English speaker (verbal and written)
• Solid understanding of MS Office programs, especially advanced MS Excel and financial coordinated systems,
• Analytical mindset, capacity to work under time pressure, organize and prioritize work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting to Senior Management

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Collects headcount and prepares financial assumptions to execute budgeting & forecasting processes of salaries & wages as well as other compensation elements for Foreign Assignees.
• Prepares the budget on behalf of entities hosting foreign assignees including the submission of headcounts and financials to the system
• Prepares financial assumptions to execute budgeting & forecasting processes of International Permanent Moves  
• Prepares proper variance analysis providing comments over the variance according to defined threshold; identifies deviations and escalates them to relevant stakeholders
• Closely cooperates with P&C Global Mobility in order to capture any changes in existing processes and reflect them properly in the financial forecast
• Prepares and delivers timely standard and non-standard reporting and analysis
• Supports and implements global, regional, and local projects
• Responds to ad hoc queries, and analysis as required, prioritizing work effectively to ensure that these queries are responded by team to on a timely basis
• Able to support the team and replace temporarily supervisor during his/her absence, as well as train less experience analysts
