WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer-focused industries
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering business impact
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and commercial strategy

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies

• Experience in planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for planning and reporting purposes
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and drive execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
• English (business communication proficiency)
