We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst Digital & AI to support the delivery of complex digital initiatives, including CRM platforms, AI‑enabled solutions, and AI Agents. The role leads end‑to‑end business analysis activities, shapes solution scope, and ensures that digital and AI‑driven solutions deliver measurable business value and are seamlessly integrated into business operations.
Acting as a strategic partner to the Product Manager, Product Owner, the Senior Business Analyst owns the analysis strategy for complex initiatives, leads discovery and design activities, and ensures alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and adoption outcomes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

4+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis/Product Management, with proven delivery of complex digital initiatives.

Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and prioritization across diverse stakeholder groups.

Advanced analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog refinement and sprint planning.

Proficiency in business and system modeling techniques, including UML and BPMN.

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end SDLC and modern digital delivery practices.

Hands‑on experience with requirements and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI‑assisted workflows applied to analysis or documentation.

Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including NLP, intelligent automation, agentic AI, and feedback loop concepts.

Solid communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in complex, cross‑functional settings.

Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of outcomes, and operate with minimal supervision.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2+).
Preferred skills:

Familiarity with data flows, APIs (REST, JSON), and data‑driven solution design.

Experience performing data analysis and validation to support decision‑making and outcome measurement.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles, estimation techniques, and testing practices.

Experience with Salesforce/SAP and related digital platforms.

Professional certifications such as CCBA/ CBAP, Agile, or Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).

Exposure to automation, process mining, or analytics tools is a plus.

Discovery & Problem Framing

Lead end-to-end discovery activities to frame complex business problems, clarify ambiguity, and define measurable outcomes.

Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify stakeholder needs, pain points, and strategic objectives.

Synthesize insights into clear problem statements and solution hypotheses.
Requirements & Solution Design

Translate business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements.

Create and maintain analysis artifacts, including user stories, use cases, process flows, user journeys, data flows, and acceptance criteria.

Design future‑state processes and support solution scoping and estimation activities.

Apply AI‑enabled analysis techniques and prompt‑based workflows to enhance discovery and documentation where appropriate.
Digital & AI Solution Delivery
-
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, data, and QA teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes.

Support the design and delivery of AI‑enabled solutions, including automation, decision‑support, and intelligent agents.

Define and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring coverage of business scenarios and solution quality.

Provide Hypercare support post‑deployment to stabilize solutions and reinforce user confidence.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Act as a key liaison between business and IT, ensuring consistent alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Manage stakeholder expectations through structured communication, progress updates, and risk management.
-
Influence decision‑making in complex, cross‑functional environments.
Data, Adoption & Continuous Improvement

Perform data analysis to validate assumptions, support decisions, and assess solution impact.

Monitor adoption and outcome metrics to ensure value realization.

Translate user feedback and insights into continuous product and process improvements.
Ways of Working & Capability Building

Operate effectively in Agile delivery environments, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and incremental delivery.

Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts, sharing best practices and raising overall capability.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis standards, tools, and methodologies.
