For our Team in Krakow, we are looking for Senior Business Analysts – different domains/products (Care, Commerce, Retail B2B/B2C)
A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analysing the business domain and outlining business requirements to deliver the design of a Digital Product. They work with Product Owners to understand the specific business requirements coming from internal stakeholders and participate in the Digital Product System Development Lifecycle; from the idea, developing the Digital Product high level technical solution.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Product Management:
Product Vision & Strategy - Support in creating, maintaining and communicating the product team vision in line with PG Vision and Strategy
Develops 'branding' of the product towards the various customers.
Customer Focus - Understand and support the Digital Product Owner to represent the needs of the customer: leverage market research and relevant insights to continually understand evolving customer and market requirements, trends, rhythms and events
- Demand Management:
Collaborate with Product Groups, stakeholders, customers, and the development team to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items
Support the PO in managing scope, requirements definition and prioritisation activities.
Investigates straightforward business situations to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
Collaborates with product colleagues and partners involved in the analysis, development and operation of products, systems or services to ensure accuracy and comprehensive test coverage.
- Backlog Management:
Translate product strategy into epics, and user stories for the engineering team(s).
Support the PO to develop acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules.
- Delivery Management:
Planning & Execution - Supports the assessment, analysis, planning and design of release packages, including assessment of risk.
Designs, specifies and executes test cases and scenarios to test that systems, products and services fulfil the acceptance criteria and deliver the predicted business benefits.
Liaises with business and technology teams on release scheduling and communication of progress. Conducts post-release reviews.
Ensures that release processes and procedures are applied and that releases can be rolled back as needed.
Identifies, evaluates and manages the adoption of appropriate release and deployment techniques, processes and automation tools.
Visibility & Support - Analyses and reports on test activities, results, issues and risks
We’re looking for someone with:
- University degree or equivalent experience with certificates in Agile at Scale (SAFe), Agile
- High effectiveness working in cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Knowledge of B2C and Omnichannel environment (O2C and commercial knowledge across channels and markets).
- Knowledge of release management, product management and governance.
- Knowledge of IT tools/ apps such as Salesforce, Adobe, SAP Hybris, SAP CAR, SAP Retail, Cegid Point of Sales.
Requirements per domain:
CARE/CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT - Knowledge of the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK). Familiarity with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is highly desirable.
Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and practices
COMMERCE: Strong business modelling, process flow creation and business design experience. Knowledge of the following IT tools/ apps such as Salesforce, Adobe, SAP Hybris, SAP CAR, SAP Retail, Cegid.
RETAIL (F2F): Retail (B2B/B2C) sales experience. Digital commerce application development project experience. UX/UI Design project experience. Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence.
Strong business modelling, process flow creation and business design experience. Experience designing or improving designs related to consumer retention programs.
