A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business domain and outlining business requirements to deliver the design of a Digital Product. They work with Product Owners to understand the specific business requirements coming from internal stakeholders and participate in the Digital Product System Development Lifecycle; from the idea, developing the Digital Product high level technical solution.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
- University degree or equivalent experience with certificates in Agile at Scale (SAFe), Agile
- High effectiveness working in cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Knowledge of B2C and Omnichannel environment (O2C and commercial knowledge across channels and markets)
- Knowledge of release management, product management and governance
- Knowledge of IT tools/ apps such as Salesforce, Adobe, SAP Hybris, SAP CAR, SAP Retail, Cegid Point of Sales
Requirements per domain:
CDP (Consumer Data Platform)
Experience with Data Platforms & Data Products Familiarity with CDP or adjacent platforms (CRM, CIAM, analytics layers). Deep business understanding of consumer data and omnichannel experience. Strong analytical capability & attention to detail — ability to work with multiple data sources, validate data readiness, and derive insights to support business decisions
WEB & MOBILE
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); Strong understanding of React-based front-end architectures; Solid understanding of system integrations and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, security); Knowledge of Hybris (SAP Commerce) is advantageous but not essential
CIAM (Consumer Identity Access Management)
Strong business modelling, process flow creation and business design experience. Experience designing or improving designs related to consumer identity/ consumer registration.
Messaging App
Design Consumer Journey + experiences within Messenger Apps. Transform business requirements into user stories, detailed BRS/Business Design documents across various Digital capabilities within Instant Messaging Apps

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Product Management
- Product Vision & Strategy - Support in creating, maintaining and communicating the product team vision in line with PG Vision and Strategy
- Develop 'branding' of the product towards various customers
- Customer Focus - Understand and support the Digital Product Owner to represent the needs of the customer: leverage market research and relevant insights to continually understand evolving customer and market requirements, trends, rhythms and events
Demand Management
- Collaborate with Product Groups, stakeholders, customers, and the development team to gather requirements and translate them into actionable items
- Support the PO in managing scope, requirements definition and prioritization activities
- Investigate straightforward business situations to identify and analyze problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with product colleagues and partners involved in the analysis, development and operation of products, systems or services to ensure accuracy and comprehensive test coverage
Backlog Management
- Translate product strategy into epics, and user stories for the engineering teams
- Support the PO to develop acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, features, user stories and business rules
Delivery Management
- Planning & Execution - Support the assessment, analysis, planning and design of release packages, including assessment of risk
- Design, specify and execute test cases and scenarios to test that systems, products and services fulfil the acceptance criteria and deliver the predicted business benefits.
- Liaise with business and technology teams on release scheduling and communication of progress. Conduct post-release reviews
- Ensure that release processes and procedures are applied and that releases can be rolled back as needed
- Identify, evaluate and manage the adoption of appropriate release and deployment techniques, processes and automation tools
- Visibility & Support - Analyze and report on test activities, results, issues and risks
