WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Finance Controlling and Reporting
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience in Statutory Accounting would be a strong plus
  • A strong communicator with solid critical‑thinking skills, capable of presenting complex financial data in a clear and accessible way
  • A result-driven individual with a proactive mindset and a strong ambition to grow beyond the standard responsibilities of the role
  • A highly motivated candidate with strong analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Keen on working with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of consolidation tools would be a strong plus
  • Fluent English speaker who feels great in an international work environment

  • In this position you will earn no less than PLN 14 144 gross per month

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • Prepare and review Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and OB submissions for Aspeya and Verdeya
  • Perform MEC Income Statement and Balance Sheet review, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Control Intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring proper ring-fencing and elimination
  • Prepare and submit Rolling Forecast and Orginal Budget for IS (mainly: Intercompany, Other Revenue / Expenses, taxes) and Balance Sheet
  • Execute period-end close activities, accrual reviews, reconciliations, and SOX controls
  • Monitor cash and selected Balance Sheet positions and escalate risks or inconsistencies
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and management commentary
  • Execute and support the preparation of statutory and regulatory reporting packages in line with applicable local GAAP, PMI standards, and defined timelines
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of statutory financial statements and related documentation prior to review and approval by management
