WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
- 4+ years of experience in survey deployment, CX/consumer research operations, or analytics‑driven delivery roles, with hands‑on exposure to online survey platform
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experienced in cooperation with stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, with the confidence to propose pragmatic solutions
- Hands‑on experience with Qualtrics (preferred) or similar survey platforms (e.g. Medallia), including survey configuration, logic, distributions, and basic troubleshooting
- Fluency in English for professional and stakeholder communication in an international environment

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
This role is focused on supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of survey‑based initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Qualtrics development, data harmonization, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
The position plays a key role in ensuring effective deployment, optimization, and adoption of solutions that enhance customer experience and business insights.
You will be actively involved in survey programming and configuration in Qualtrics, supporting stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle via structured communication channels, and contributing to the harmonization and consistency of data across markets.
The ideal candidate brings strong problem‑solving skills, an interest in digital and CX‑related topics, and a collaborative mindset. Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a must to support survey customization and technical implementation.
Your day-to-day
- Design, build, and deploy surveys directly on the Qualtrics SaaS platform, ensuring adherence to defined standards and methodologies
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks, including validation of survey links, logic flows, data capture, and outputs
- Support the integration of survey results into customers’ system landscapes, ensuring data consistency and usability across platforms
- Assess the impact of changes, identifying potential risks and defining appropriate mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support change initiatives, secure required approvals, and clearly communicate the benefits of proposed changes
- Provide support to customers throughout the implementation of customer experience solutions, acting as a trusted advisor
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve deployment documentation, including deployment plans, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines
