As a key player in our B2B commercial ecosystem REEV (Retailer Engagement Evolution) based on Salesforce (SFDC), you will support various business activities configurations, including data management, territory management, contract management, business task orchestration, and digital widgets management. You will guide REEV markets on these services, implement them based on market inputs, and ensure all information adheres to global standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining standardization and performance of these capabilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce
• Basic understanding of SQL Sequel Query Language
• Consumer-oriented approach
• a university degree
• Very Good English
• Very good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/ PowerPoint)

Would be an asset:

• Experience in data management
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence
• Experience working with business clients in an international environment 
• SFDC Administrator Certification
• SFDC Consumer Goods Certification
• Knowledge of Data Loader or Dell Boomi

 HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

•  Set up orchestrated activity flows in Salesforce:
  • Audience creation in Treasure Data and publishing to SFDC downstream solutions
  • Activity configuration based on including escalation flows, remuneration
  • Providing guidance to markets on optimizing flows
• SFDC administration:
  • Territory management setup
  • Account and Contact management
  • Creation of contract templates
  • Creation of map filters
  • Handling any other business requests
• Maintain high customer focus and proactive communication with markets, aligning their needs with global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
