WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is an asset 

• A person with 2+ years of experience in MRP, supply /capacity/production planning, inventory management, or supply chain management; demand planning is a plus 

• A proficient English speaker with excellent communication skills 

• A person with sophisticated level of MS Excel 

• A candidate with significant knowledge of SAP and/or other relevant MRP solutions 

• A candidate with a good understanding of fundamentals of MRP, production planning & scheduling. Good understanding & experience in managing the material planning master data, system and process inputs and outputs 

• A problem solver with attention to details and strong analytical skills 

• Background in Manufacturing would be an asset (nice to have)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?   

• Create and maintain suitable production schedules for short term horizon in order to ensure that a customer demand is fulfilled and that deadlines are met 

• Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders for a sound and efficient business environment and relationship. Act as a single point of contact between PMI Supply Chain and Service provider (LSP) 

• Co-ordinate feasibility studies on urgent customer (market) requirements 

• Identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities 

• Develop detailed understanding of manufacturing / supply chain constrains and capabilities, provide regular feedback to drive medium term tactical and long-term strategic discussion 

• Monitor performance and ensure regular reviews with relevant business service provider 

• Managing Third party operator planning department  

• LOGD Management: Managing materials stock, depletion plan, materials BUBD, end of life projects, phase in phase out processes, to share a monthly LOGD report with all stakeholders, and to participate and play key role in LOGD mitigation plans.
