WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is an asset
-
A person with 2+ years of experience in MRP, supply /capacity/production planning, inventory management, or supply chain management; demand planning is a plus
-
A proficient English speaker with excellent communication skills
-
A person with sophisticated level of MS Excel
-
A candidate with significant knowledge of SAP and/or other relevant MRP solutions
-
A candidate with a good understanding of fundamentals of MRP, production planning & scheduling. Good understanding & experience in managing the material planning master data, system and process inputs and outputs

A problem solver with attention to details and strong analytical skills

Background in Manufacturing would be an asset (nice to have)

In this position you will earn no less than PLN 14,000 gross per month
HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Create and maintain suitable production schedules for short term horizon in order to ensure that a customer demand is fulfilled and that deadlines are met

Build and maintain partnership with key stakeholders for a sound and efficient business environment and relationship. Act as a single point of contact between PMI Supply Chain and Service provider (LSP)

Co-ordinate feasibility studies on urgent customer (market) requirements

Identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities

Develop detailed understanding of manufacturing / supply chain constrains and capabilities, provide regular feedback to drive medium term tactical and long-term strategic discussion

Monitor performance and ensure regular reviews with relevant business service provider

Managing Third party operator planning department
-
LOGD Management: Managing materials stock, depletion plan, materials BUBD, end of life projects, phase in phase out processes, to share a monthly LOGD report with all stakeholders, and to participate and play key role in LOGD mitigation plans.
