We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO Senior Specialist (SEO Lead) to lead our search engine optimization efforts. Reporting to Manager Digital Strategy & Planning, the SEO Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies across multiple product categories & brands. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, and the ability to drive organic traffic growth. The SEO Senior Specialist will work closely with various departments, including content, marketing, and IT, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital efforts. Additionally, the SEO Senior Specialist provide consultancy on Paid Search strategies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in SEO area/scope 
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in managing SEO for multiple product categories & brands (as an asset)
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization tools (as an asset)
• Knowledge of local SEO and international SEO strategies (as an asset)
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail (as an asset)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
 

• Develop and execute SEO strategies including yearly roadmap to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic for 3 different brand websites
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Provide consultancy on Paid Search strategies to enhance overall digital marketing efforts
• Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of SEO strategies
• Oversee technical SEO tasks, including crawlability, indexation, and website speed optimization
• Conduct regular SEO audits and provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvements
• Manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search rankings
• Work with the IT team to ensure website architecture and code are optimized for search engines
• Conduct QA testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of SEO implementations
