WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

a person with: 

• Demonstrated expertise in managing production environments, including hands-on leadership in production site operations and LEAN practical usage
• Ambitious and motivation to develop in manufacturing environment, open to develop a business acumen by experiencing production from various functions and perspectives  
• Strategic thinking, problem solving and can-do attitude
• Ability to effectively reach goals in complex, matrix, multinational working environment, experience in dealing with various stakeholders, of various levels of seniority
• Unrivalled leadership excellence in dynamic, hands-on production environment management
• Very good command of English & Polish

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US:  

• As a MPE you will be responsible not only for effective project management but connecting all functions involved in projects, orchestrating various functions contributing to the project internal and external stakeholders, as well as with local and international functions
• We want you to be a partner for Manufactory Management Team and to able to contribute to the investment strategy of the biggest and most complex factory in PMI world, prioritize and define required investment plans and proposals for engineering projects (modifications, introduction of new technology, capacity expansion, etc.) in cooperation with all Operations Departments as well as Regional Engineering team
• You will be pioneering manufacturing projects, playing a pivotal role in driving the factory's overall success for end-to-end project management investment including developing detailed project plans, defining project scope and budget, setting timelines, allocating resources to ensure successful project execution ensuring Safety Everywhere
• You will be managing diverse team of Engineers, building engagement and role-modelling PMI DNA, prioritizing your own growth and your team’s development
