WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

a person with: 

• Technical education, experience in manufacturing department
• Experience in team management, strong leadership skills with ability to develop people and keep them engaged
• Strong project management skills, experience in managing technical investment projects (PM certification will be an asset)
• Ability to effectively reach goals in complex, matrix, multinational working environment,
• Experience in dealing with various stakeholders, of various levels of seniority
• Strategic thinking, problem solving and can-do attitude
• Very good command of English & Polish,

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US:  

• Managing team of Project Engineers, build capabilities and develop autonomous team
• Ensuring effective project management of investment including developing detailed project plans, defining project scope and budget, setting timelines, allocating resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Define required investment plans and proposals for engineering projects (modifications, introduction of new technology, capacity expansion, etc.) in cooperation with all Operations Departments as well as Regional Engineering team
• Leading cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, as well as with local and international functions
• Ensuring the implementation of I&IM tools for fulfilment of defined objectives, proper execution of management system contractual conditions and the timely correction of deviances
