WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A person who has/is
- At least 3 years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing department and technical education
- Proven project management experience and PMP education will be considered a strong plus
- strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with different stakeholders
- Demonstrate leadership experience with ability to adapt, ownership of tasks and problems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus on safety and quality principles
- Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and effectively
- A passion for innovative ideas, eager to learn new things
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (certification / industry qualifications i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, LEAN / Six Sigma, BPM – Business Process Management, Agile) will be considered a strong plus
- Fluent Polish and English

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
As a Project Engineer will be responsible for management of different types of manufacturing investment projects or their parts accordingly to time, cost and expected quality, specifically:
- Use your knowledge and expertise to develop high quality project deliverables; (incl. contribution to business case preparation)
- Maintain project plans, assess, and mitigate risks
- Coordinate bidding process with Procurement
- Manage project financials, including assets capitalization
- Supervise resource allocation,
- Monitor and report project progress,
- Supervise installations works on site,
- Coordinate qualification process of new machines/equipment
- Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders by strict cooperation with global functions i.e CoEs, Engineering Solutions starting from feasibility study phases
