As a Product Owner Signavio & Process Mining, you will maximizing the value delivered by Signavio and process mining initiatives within the organization, defining the roadmap for Signavio feature activation and process mining capabilities, collaborates with IT solution architects to enable new capabilities using the latest technology trends, and plays a key role in promoting the adoption of Signavio tools and ensuring that the solutions deliver measurable value to the organization.
Your day to day
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the BPM strategy and overall business goals and objectives
- Technology Onboarding: Onboard new technology as needed to expand process mining capabilities
- Standards and Framework: Develop and maintain the standards and framework for Signavio and process mining, ensuring adoption and adherence by stakeholders
- Product Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, feasibility, and impact. Ensure alignment with other initiatives to avoid overlap and maintain consistency with the transformation agenda
- Design and Collaboration: Decide the solution design and collaborate with IT to activate Signavio functionality, supporting the BPM strategy
- IT Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the IT architect to integrate new applications, finalize efforts, timelines, and solutions for integration. Recommend the appropriate Signavio module to achieve the objectives
- Business Case Assessment and Approval: Conduct a high-level assessment and summarize the business case, including cost and benefits and Present the business case for governance and approval
- Capability Building: Collaborate with the capability building team to design capability building programs. Design and create learning content that supports the enablement of Signavio for process-led transformation and process mining understanding
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a communication strategy for Signavio and process mining capabilities to promote adoption and awareness. Create standardized communication content to be shared with broader stakeholders to ensure consistency
- Reporting and Monitoring: Provide regular reports on the value extracted from Signavio and Process Mining initiatives. Monitor the usage of dashboards and recommend the decommissioning of solutions or the release of data models when they are no longer needed
WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential. A Master's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role, with a preference for process mining or Signavio products
- Product Management: Demonstrated experience in product management, including developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to influence and drive the direction of Signavio and process mining capabilities
- Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, including process discovery, analysis, and optimization. Proficient in system integration and building data models to support end-to-end analysis
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and optimize processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with business acumen
- Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation
- Industry Knowledge: Strong comprehension of FMCG business processes. In-depth understanding of process mining concepts and methodologies, with practical experience using platforms such as Celonis and Signavio
- Performance Metrics: Knowledgeable about key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to business processes. Awareness of industry best practices and benchmarks for process performance
