WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting and procurement (min. 2 years)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest innovative solutions.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

 

  1.  Data Management and Reporting:
    • Ensure regular reporting of sustainability procurement data and KPIs.
    • Provide monthly reports with sufficient granularity to offer context and insights.
    • Support the development and implementation of ESG measurement and reporting policies specific to procurement.
    • Support in primary data collection from suppliers.
    • Drive all data integration and data adjustment efforts.

 

  1. Process Documentation and Compliance:
    • Work closely with the Procurement Sustainability Reporting Manager and program managers to document all relevant processes and procedures used for reporting and engagement activities.
    • Ensure processes and data metrics are in good order and auditable as per external standards.

 

  1. Collaboration and Integration:
  • Collaborate with the Procurement teams to support the implementation of sustainability programs and drive supplier engagement.
  • Assist in defining metrics relevant for program deployment, including leading and lagging KPIs.

 

  1. Supplier Engagement:
    • Drive engagement activities for suppliers beyond digital platforms, including preparing procurement scopes and supporting capability-building programs.
    • Align with the escalation committee on resolving challenging issues.

 

  1. Innovation and Transparency:
  • Promote transparency and introduce innovative practices from external sustainability reporting sources.
  • Regularly perform data checks and benchmarks to ensure data quality and reliability.
