Role Overview
We are looking for a Process & Value Lead / Architect to help shape our enterprise process landscape and ensure that process transformation delivers measurable and sustainable business value.
This role sits within the Excellence Deployment capability and works closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), IT, Finance, Process Mining and Transformation teams. It is ideal for someone with strong experience in process architecture and transformation, who is comfortable operating in complex, global environments and influencing across functions.

Your Key Responsibilities
Process Architecture & Design
- Support the definition and evolution of the TO‑BE enterprise process taxonomy, including integration points.
- Build, maintain, and govern process structures and designs in the SAP Signavio BPM platform, down to L5 level.
- Ensure alignment of process architecture with business strategy, transformation priorities, and digital capabilities.
Value Case Development & Realisation
- Support and contribute to the creation and validation of transformation value cases.
- Define requirements and oversee the implementation of process mining solutions together with Analytics and IT teams.
- Enable GPOs and process teams to operationalize insights, KPIs, and benchmarks to consistently monitor value realization.
Process Governance & Compliance
- Establish quality controls to ensure process maps conform to defined taxonomy and BPM standards.
- Define and track metrics and dashboards to monitor process performance, compliance, and post‑deployment value.
Stakeholder & Transformation Governance
- Support BPM and transformation governance forums (e.g. Process‑Led Transformation, GPO communities).
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on process ownership, standards, and transformation roadmaps.
Technology & Enablement
- Collaborate with IT and Digital Excellence teams to ensure process designs are embedded in system architectures and supported by reliable data.
- Support training, change management, and adoption activities to build sustainable process excellence capabilities.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process transformation, process excellence, or business transformation.
- Strong experience in end‑to‑end process design and optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with BPM tools (e.g. SAP Signavio) and exposure to process mining solutions.
- Proven ability to quantify transformation benefits, build value cases, and track value realization.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in complex, global, and fast‑changing environments.
- Fluent English is required.
