The Performance Intelligence Lead serves as the central hub for performance intelligence and management within Commercial Operations for one the European markets. This role ensures strategic alignment between Commercial Operations, Marketing, Digital, and development teams by providing actionable insights and feedback on performance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years in performance management, business intelligence, or strategic planning
• Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with commercial operations and field execution environments.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project supervision
• Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Power BI) for data-driven decision-making.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
• Well-organized with attention to execution details
• Business proficiency in English

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Monitoring strategic pillars and key field activities
• Leading analytics projects, designing and maintaining OGSM/KPI libraries, and producing regular/ad-hoc reports
• Advising development teams on business opportunities and supporting operational excellence through workshops and training
• Driving cross-functional collaboration and change management initiatives
• Implementing continuous feedback systems and incentive programs
• Leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and benchmarking to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
