WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A professional with a strong understanding of Portuguese legislation and the expertise to navigate its complexities with confidence.

A talented individual who brings fluency in English and Portuguese and can help us connect, communicate, and thrive across Portuguese-speaking markets.

Great communicator, able to connect and engage with people of various cultures, professional backgrounds and seniority

A candidate with strong problem-solving and communication skills, able to plan the work and prioritize the tasks

A person, interested in developing Human Resources and specifically interested in the personnel administration area

A University graduate with strong Microsoft Office skills, and previous work experience in professional services is a plus

High learning agility and seek ideas to improve and innovate continuously

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Follow up and process legislative changes to ensure that payroll data correctness and adherence to all statutory requirements

Reports remunerations to Social Security Authority ensuring respect of Labour Law and PMI procedures ensuring correct and timely data processing

Perform / Upload Changes on Social Security website to the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality and consistency, in line with local legislation

Register and process customer queries incoming through MyPMI. Guide customer Employees and Managers in understanding and applying P&C principles and practices, as well as in initiating respective processes through the MyPMI.

Closely cooperates with EC, local P&C Managers by providing them with all information and services required to ensure proper management of employees

Participates to Local and global initiatives/projects, supports the deployment in the affiliate collaborating with other functions

For Poland: In this position, you will earn no less than 8910 PLN gross per month
This is temporary assignment till the end of August 2027
