WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in-house or outsourced payroll processing (preferred), or in Finance/HR delivery processes and systems (ideally in a multi-country or global environment)
- Good understanding of SOX, controls frameworks, data privacy, and IT security principles
- Strong technical skills – advanced Excel proficiency; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other HR/payroll systems is an advantage
- Understanding of Employment Tax and Social Insurance regulatory requirements
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines
- Advanced (or proficient) English; additional foreign language is an asset

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Perform detailed payroll data validation and ensure readiness for approval in line with internal controls, PMI guidelines (SOX, GRC, GPS, Data Privacy, Info Security), and statutory regulations
- Maintain proper payroll documentation and share it with relevant stakeholders to enable accurate booking of payroll-related charges, taxes, and statutory remittances
- Perform root cause analysis of payroll incidents, and propose and implement preventive and corrective actions
- Ensure changes in payroll calculations and processes are properly tested and validated in line with internal and external standards
- Cooperate closely with Payroll Providers on a day-to-day basis (e.g., information exchange, clarifications, providing instructions, requesting and implementing corrections, and agreeing on the treatment of non-standard cases)
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, internal stakeholders, and Payroll Providers
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase compliance, efficiency, and standardization
- Coordinate end-to-end payroll cycle timelines and ensure timely delivery of all activities
- Support knowledge transfer activities and onboarding of new markets or processes
