WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

 

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on project management experience leading complex projects / programs / project portfolio management (PMO), involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional responsibilities
  • Proven experience in leading projects related to product development and commercialization; cooperation with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Markets is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum); project management certification is an advantage
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
  • Excellent leadership skills, flexibility, and adaptability, with the ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various seniority levels; including the ability to engage, listen, coach, challenge, and influence across different management levels
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation and storytelling skills; advanced PowerPoint skills required
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ease in working with data; advanced Excel skills are required
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment, is comfortable balancing multiple projects, and can independently prioritize work; proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Knowledge and certification in LEAN, Six Sigma or Change Management is an advantage
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Lead projects and programs from initial idea through all stages up to operationalization and successful deployment:

  • Lead and coordinate projects across multiple functions and stakeholders
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables
  • Establish and manage robust project governance, including steering committees and gates reviews
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk/issue logs, and reports
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocation and benefits realization
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and workshops
  • Lead cross-functional project teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal project management standards and methodologies
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes
