PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a Manager Treasury, EU, EE, MEA CoE, you will be a key member of PMI’s Treasury Front Office team, responsible for managing liquidity, foreign exchange and financial risk across the region. You will lead high-impact initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and translate strategy into execution, helping to strengthen treasury capabilities while gaining broad exposure and career-accelerating experience in a regional role.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Lead and direct cash investment & debt management strategies to optimize the interest return on short-term financial investments while minimizing borrowing requirements.
- Proactively manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks by developing and proposing hedging strategies, in close collaboration with the corporate treasury team.
- Provide guidance on Treasury operations to your team of Treasury Analysts for markets under scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to ensure optimal service levels, while minimizing financial, operational and transactional costs and risks.
- Support on corporate restructuring initiatives such as new legal entities, recapitalizations, legal entity closures and integration of acquisitions.
- Lead high-impact projects to transform treasury processes and systems, driving efficiency, scalability, and agility as the business and economic environment evolve.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education and work experience
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent, with strong business acumen.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance.
- Strong drive for results and outcomes, combined with curiosity to continuously learn, develop, and innovate.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex topics into practical, value-adding solutions.
- A collaborative team player who facilitates constructive teamwork and navigates social dynamics across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with both junior and senior stakeholders.
