Your ‘day to day

 

 

  • Credit Exposure Management, AR and Collection: 

Monitor and assess credit exposure to ensure alignment with the company’s risk tolerance and financial objectives. Analyze customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits. Lead annual credit reviews to define credit terms, cash discounts, and bank guarantees in collaboration with business stakeholders

  • Price Management:

Oversee pricing processes, systems, and workflows in VP and SAP by reviewing and validating PMWT, PMTR-TR, PMTR-HK, and PMJ Net Selling Prices prior to approval by the Controller and Finance Director PMIGTR. Control monthly and year-end provisions for price and margin reconciliation to ensure accurate net selling price adjustments based on IMS/COT performance, in accordance with affiliate practic

  • Direct & Indirect Taxation:

Supervise financial conformity review of contracts with third-party customers, suppliers, banks, and cash pooling, providing fiscal expertise to protect and defend entities from tax challenges. Validate intercompany transactions in transfer pricing documentation for PMTR-TR and PMTR-HK, including ITQ and exchange of information for Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting. Review and supervise corporate tax calculations estimated by Swiss/PMI SCE for the selling affiliates during OB and RF cycles. Collaborate with Swiss export entities, PMI Legal, Logistics, and Supply Chain to evaluate and formulate plans supporting regular business operations, new PMIGTR warehouse setups, customer bonded warehouses, and other opportunities for cost savings and streamlined business models. Provide tax advisory support for combustible business and roll-out of multi-category projects by reviewing business flows of PMIGTR legal entities to ensure secure operations

  • Treasury: Manage and validate projected Net Financial Positions calculated by SCE Krakow for all cash-pooled and non-cash-pooled PMIGTR entities. Focus on key performance drivers such as receivable collections from customers and intercompany transactions with PM Japan. Review and validate insurance policies for business interruption, property damage, and Marine Cargo under the Global Risk Management program. Prepare and present treasury reports and analysis to senior management, providing insights into cash positions, liquidity, and financial risks
  • Controls, Supervision, Audits, and Financial Management: Execute SoX and Internal Controls on Tax, Treasury, Source to Pay, Lead to Cash and Hire to Retire within the Controlling team and confirm the completion of the controls in OneGRC. Supervise and provide leadership to direct reports in the PMTR-HK and PMTR-TR controlling teams, ensuring effective financial and statutory reporting · Act as key point of contact for internal and external audits to ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements. Provide support with budget management for external audits, including the creation of purchase orders (PO) and proof of performance (POP). Collaborate with the Finance Controlling/Process Governance team during budget cycles to forecast Net Working Capital (NWC). Administer Volume Monitoring Reporting approval flows, assessing and verifying volume variances across all GTR Regions as the designated Finance Reviewer. Review and update the Authorized Signatory Matrix (ASM) for GTR, acting on behalf of ASM object owners in PMIGTR

Who we’re looking for

 

 

  • University degree in Business, preferably in Finance/ Economics
  • 7-10 years Relevant experience in Finance / Controlling / Budgeting & Reporting / Accounting / Tax / Treasury in a multinational company;
  • Tax experience
  • Fluent English (spoken and business writing)
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Key Competencies: Strong collaboration and communication skills. Demonstrated agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively. Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving objectives
