WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Law
- At least 4 years of work experience within a Tax department
- Practical knowledge and understanding of VAT, WHT and excise taxes with connection to business transactions
- Experience in team management, strong leadership skills with ability to keep people motivated and engaged
- Experience in dealing with various stakeholders, of various levels of seniority
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Manage team of Tax specialists, motivate them and encourage their professional growth
- Review and approve tax reports for serviced legal entities, escalate non-compliant processes to Global PMI TAX
- Provide complete, accurate and timely tax advice to colleagues in the business and other GBS Streams, support affiliates in tax audits
- Monitor tax legislation, interpret them, assess the impact and support the team with providing an update
- Initiate, participate, support and/or lead complex projects as a Tax SME or Project Leader
- Prepare and/or update the standards/ policies/ RACI for tax processes
