We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager with experience in working with cloud infrastructure, observability tools, cloud-native solutions, and software development experience. You will play a crucial role in improving our Platform and help PMI to adopt SRE practices using observability tools and infrastructure to improve automation, resiliency and maintainability of our data platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of our systems. If you dream big and keep your eyes on customer’s success – join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading efforts around designing, implementing, and managing observability solutions, monitoring and diagnosing issues, and providing insights to improve system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SRE practices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform), orchestration (Kubernetes) and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, New Relic, Dynatrace etc. as well as alerting tools like PagerDuty or OpsGenie.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 10+ years of experience working in global organizations with the ability to effectively communicate with executives, leaders and individual contributors across the organization.
• 5+ years of SRE experience working with telemetry, observation, self-healing solutions, and platform automation
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• A passion for innovation and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Experience with monitoring, logging & telemetry tools like New Relic, Datadog, ELK, Nagios, SolarWinds, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, etc. 
• Advanced understanding of Networking, Content Delivery Networks (CDN), and Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with tools such Jenkins, Gitlab actions, GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
• Expert in designing, creating and supporting Automation (PowerShell, Python, Ruby etc.) to run health-checks and self-healing capabilities for the platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
