For our team in Krakow (Poland) we are therefore looking for a Manager SFP Development Planning & SOP.
In this position, the candidate will drive, with the Senior Manager SFP Development Planning & SOP, cross-functional teams in achieving sustainable long-term deployment of the strategy through strong development planning of global toolboxes ensuring its timely and complete availability for markets deployment, and through the standardization of commercial practices deployed in markets in alignment with the PMI Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), improving business performance.
Main accountabilities:
- SFP Governance: Enhance Toolbox Development
You will Coordinate the consolidation of the TBx plan for timely and completeness in delivery. Improve market visibility on TBx timelines and asset readiness. Simplify and improve markets access to TBx information
- SFP Governance: KPIs / Measurement System
Define and align on KPIs with the business. Define requirements and approach for data gathering. Implement automated reporting cadence, data analytics, and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain SOPs as key enabler for commercial excellence
You will deliver new and critical updates, and simplified and prioritized approach to SOP content delivery. Design and establish a mechanism to associate SOP adoption and business performance, to help the prioritization of adoption in markets on areas which have the highest business impact.
Assist and coach Business Entrepreneurs (Programs & Channels) to structure and refine their business requirements/principles of their programs, services, and channels into clear actionable and deployable elements driving business performance and consumer satisfaction.
Ensure qualitative and timely support is provided to all users on the SOP adoption system and drive continuous improvement on the support model.
Drive continuous improvement on the system for the SOP adoption (SOPHIA) to fit the program evolution as users' feedback.
- Bring Flexible Support to Ad-hoc & Unplanned Projects
- Provide Operational Support on SOP Related Content
- Identify issues as unclear areas of roles, responsibilities, and processes to drive discussion for resolution. Ensure timely blockers are escalated for decision making into debugging situations
We’re looking for someone with:
- Master or post graduate program in business economics, project management or marketing or equivalent experience. MBA is a strong asset
- Solid experience in business strategy, process management and risks & controls or audit, preferably in the FMCG environment.
- Knowledge of consumer programs, services & channels (e-comm, direct retail, indirect retail, F2F) and digital marketing capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders in multiple business areas (e.g., business, technical).
- Experience in managing programs and/or projects, good understanding of agile and waterfall delivery principles.
- Understanding of PMI’s SFP business and commercial engine would be an asset.
