HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product
• Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products
• Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods
• Job Type Managerial Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and/or indirect reports
• Levels within the Managerial Job Type typically have direct reports
• Management and supervisory professionals focusing on operational activities and, at higher levels, contributing to strategy development
• Majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, planning, prioritizing and/or directing the responsibilities of employees
• Leads a small to medium-sized team made up of Specialists or Supervisors. Makes sure the team’s goals match the function’s objectives. Supports individual growth through regular feedback and development opportunities. Plays a key role in managing people performance. Creates and executes short-term plans for the team (up to 1 year). Provides input on existing and new processes that affect overall function performance
• Builds and maintains good relationships, helps resolve conflicts, and negotiates solutions with external partners and with colleagues in different departments
• Develops solutions that improve how things are done. Needs a solid understanding of the sub-function and the ability to make and recommend decisions based on data

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A candidate with University degree
• We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and risk management capabilities, combined with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and process optimization skills

• The ideal candidate brings solid technical expertise, including competence and training management, experience with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), quality assurance and control, auditing and performance monitoring, as well as the ability to work with legal data analytics
