WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re currently looking for an experienced Manager Product Order to Cash with expertise in S4Hana, holding:

 

  • Master’s (or Bachelor's degree) or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar environment plus 5+ years of experience in managing people/projects with SAP (ERP) R3/S4.
  • Experience in designing processes in line with system requirements in SAP S4.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting data and designing process improvements (Excel, Microsoft Visio, Signavio).
  • Skilled with strategic decisions that prioritize the needs of the customer, plus good communication and influencing skills.
  • Outstanding Customer/Client Focus.
  • Connecting the gap between business needs with technical architecture.
  • Comfortable with project-based work.
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and work with remote teams.
  • Comprehensive experience in developing the processes and systems related to servicing customers in FMCG and international companies.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

As a Manager Product Order to Cash, you will oversee a defined area of the end-to-end O2C process. You'll act as a domain owner, designing scalable and sustainable global operating models and system solutions within the defined O2C scope. Your primary objective is to maximize the value of the product, with a strong focus on optimization, compliance, and efficiency. You'll work across departments and functions to achieve consistency and efficiency on a global level. O2C products vary in size and complexity, impacting multiple verticals within the product scope. Additionally, you'll be involved in designing process templates for S4 transformation in O2C.

You will:

  • Drive Vision & Strategy: Shape the product vision and roadmap, aligning with the end-to-end O2C process strategy.
  • Drive transformation: Support O2C GPO and Product Teams in global process design in line with SAP S4 capabilities, ensuring inefficiencies and areas for automation are identified and addressed in close collaboration with IT and service teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Treasury, Tax, SFP, Risk & Controls, and other O2C Product Owners to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Governance & Decision Making: Define the standard operating model and governance forum with clear decision rights.
  • Business Case Development: Collaborate with the O2C Deployment Team on business case development, resolving capability gaps, and making key design decisions.
  • Implementation & Budget Management: Build and execute a forward plan based on a prioritized backlog of initiatives, driving implementation and managing the budget.
  • Digital Solutions: Work with IT to design and develop standard digital solutions, validate system enhancements, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor process KPIs and identify improvement opportunities, supporting O2C Service Delivery teams in achieving efficiency targets.
  • Business Case Creation: Co-create solid business cases for process centralization, standardization, and digitization, ensuring ROI, benefits, controls, and scalability.
  • Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of product-related capabilities and standard processes, including local and regional variations.
  • Expertise Sharing: Spread relevant expertise on product capabilities and processes among O2C product and deployment teams to enable and scale deployment projects.
  • Change Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective change management.
  • Product Integrity: Safeguard the integrity of the O2C Product while promoting end-to-end O2C process design and governance.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Product Leads/Analysts as needed based on product size and complexity.
