JOIN US! We’re currently looking for an experienced Manager O2C Product with strong Order to Invoice expertise, holding:
· Master’s (or Bachelor's degree) or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Trade, Economics or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are an advantage
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in O2C environment with the focus on Order Management and Invoicing (incl. billing, credit & debit notes handling) area, preferably with SAP (ERP) S4
· 5+ experience in managing projects/ people
· Subject matter expertise in the Order to Invoice domain, with solid knowledge & understanding of processes around Sales Order(s) Capture & Management, Fulfilment
· A candidate with previous background in Order to Cash/ Supply Chain, preferably in running various O2C-related projects (incl. project planning, business case preparation &change management)
· Previous experience in running Order to Cash: Order Capture/ monitor and fulfil operations would be asset
· Comprehensive experience in developing processes and systems related to servicing customers in FMCG and international companies, incl. ability to closely collaborate with IT function and translate business needs into technical specifications
· Comfortable with project-based/ agile work and able to build professional network within and outside the GBS function to successfully collaborate and solve problems, getting things done through formal and informal channels and navigate with high credibility
· Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, with “questioning status quo” attitude.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting data and designing process improvements (Excel, Microsoft Visio, Signavio)
· Organizational agility and prioritization
· Experience in agile ways of working and the mechanism of agile project execution
· Ability to transform data into engaging narratives
· Experience in process mining tools will be an asset (preferably Signavio)
· Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
RESPONSIBILITIES in the role:
As Manager Product O2C your objective would be to maximize the value of the Order to Invoice in PMI, focusing on optimization, compliance and efficiency. Manager Product O2C works across PMI departments and PMI functions (e.g. Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance) to achieve consistency and efficiency on a global level.
You will:
· Co -create the product vision and product roadmap which is aligned with e2e O2C process vision and strategy.
· Collaborate with stakeholders in impacted functions, such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Treasury, Tax, SFP, Risk & Controls as well as other O2C Product Owners to ensure alignment on internal and external dependencies.
· Collaborate with O2C Deployment Team on business cases development and validation, resolution on the capabilities’ gaps, key design decisions and priorities.
· Collaborate with IT on the design and development of standard digital solutions, system enhancements’ validation and prioritization.
· Collaborate with O2C Service Delivery Teams on process KPIs monitoring and improvement opportunities. Support O2C Service Delivery teams in achieving efficiency targets.
· Co-create the solid business cases related to process centralization, standardization and digitization. Ensure the ROI, benefits, controls and scalability of proposed solutions.
· Ensure that documentation of product related capabilities and standard processes is properly maintained. Keep the local, regional variations properly documented and justified.
· Closely work with internal & external stakeholders, make sure that change management is in place.
